Questions, answered
When will my mug arrive?
A new mug ships at the start of each quarter — March, June, September, and December. Your first mug goes out with the next batch after you join.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel anytime from the link in your order emails and we simply won't renew you. Since your year is already paid, you will still receive the remaining mugs in your annual subscription period. No cancellation fees, no partial refunds.
Will my mug look like others in your shop?
No. Each quarterly mug will be a new design exclusively for Mug Club Members!
How does billing work?
Your membership is $120, billed once a year. Mugs ship quarterly with $15 shipping per shipment. Manage everything from the link in your order emails.
